对乙酰氨基苯乙酸乙酯同分异构体的分子蒸馏分离

摘    要:为满足对乙酰氨基苯乙酸乙酯后续结晶分离工艺的需要,将分子蒸馏技术首次应用于同分异构体的预分离.考察了预热温度、蒸馏温度、操作压力和操作级数等工艺参数对两组分相对含量和分离效率的影响,研究表明,对乙酰氨基苯乙酸乙酯预分离的适宜条件为:预热温度50℃,蒸馏温度90℃,操作压力2.0Pa进料速率80~100mL/h,经4级分子蒸馏操作即可将同分异构体中两组分的质量比由0.948降低到0.405,分离效率为0.392.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of crystallization separation process for para-acetaminophenylacetate ethyl, molecular distillation was firstly used to separate the isomer. The factors of experimental parameters on relative content and separation efficiency of two components were discussed, such as feed temperature, distillation temperature , operating pressure and operating stages. Results showed that the optimal conditions were feed temperature 50 &&&&&&&&&, distillation temperature 90 &&&&&&&&&&, operating pressure 2. 0 Pa, and feed rate 80-100 mL/h. The relative mass ratio of isomer could be decreased from 0. 948 to 0.405 after four stages of molecular distillation, and separation efficiency was 0. 392.
