影响电梯曳引能力的主要参数及其优化

摘    要:为了提高电梯曳引传动的有效性,对影响曳引能力的3个主要参数轿厢质量系数、运动加速度和平衡系数进行分析.通过提出轿厢质量系数的概念,得出了最佳平衡系数的数学表达式.使动态和静态工况下有相同的曳引需求,得出了有实用价值的静载系数表达式.把制动过程与驱动过程同等看待,得到了制动过程中保证曳引传动不失效的合理的制动力矩.

Abstract:To improve the effectiveness of the elevator traction drive, three crucial parameters including car quality coefficient, accelerated speed, and balance coefficient that influence traction drive were analyzed and optimized. By introducing the concept of car quality coefficient, the expression of optimal balance coefficient was derived. When both dynamic and static conditions had the same traction demand, the practical expression of static load coefficient was obtained. By dealing with the braking procedure and the driving procedure in the same way, appropriate brake torque that can ensure valid elevator traction drive and reliable brake in the braking procedure was gained.
