摘    要:<正>银杏提取物主要含黄酮和内脂,其有效成份主要为山奈酚、槲皮素和异鼠李素等,银杏叶总黄酮按其分子母核结构可分为四类:黄酮醇及其甙、黄酮及其甙、黄烷醇和双黄酮类.国内外对银杏有效成份的提取精制研究工作十分重视,主要运用的提取方法有溶剂提取、超声提取、微波提取和超临界萃取法等,后三种方法由于设备耗资大、操作复杂,

Abstract:The optimum extract conditions of the total flavones from Ginkgo bilobal L. were determined by experiments, the product were characterized with IR、UV、Flu. As a result , the optimum extracting and refining conditions is 1:6 of 70% ethanol to Ginkgo biolba L. weight , extraction for 2 times and 3 h for each time . 1:20 of kieselguhr to Ginkgo biolba L. weight , 2. 3:1 of 70% ethanol to Ginkgo biolba L. to wash flavones. The output rate of refined product was 3. 90% and the content of total flavones in the refined product was 93.90%
