四元共聚反应性微凝胶乳液聚合反应动力学研究

摘    要:研究了苯乙烯(St)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)-二乙烯基苯(DVB)四元共聚反应性微凝胶在复合乳化剂存在下的乳液共聚合行为,讨论了乳化剂、引发剂、交联单体DVB含量和聚合温度对其乳液聚合动力学的影响,结果表明,以DVB为交联剂,St-BA-MAA微凝胶乳液聚合反应速率Rp∝E0]0.93I]0.928,其乳液聚合反应的动力学曲线与经典乳液聚合有所差异.

Abstract:Behaviors of St —BA-MAA-DVB reactive microgel emulsion copolymerization were studied using complex emulsifiers system comprising an ionic emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier.The effects of emulsifier concentration,the initiator concentration,the crosslinker DVB concentration and the polymerization temperature on kinetics were investigatied.The results show that the emulsion polymerization reaction rate of St-BA-MAA-DVB Rp∝0.93I](0.928) with DVB as a crosslinker and the kinetic curve of the reactive microgel is different from that of classical emulsion polymerization.
