Fluridone对玉米种子萌发和叶片叶绿素含量影响的研究

摘    要:分别用自来水,0.1μmol/L,1μmol/L,10μmol/L,100μmol/L的Fluridone溶液处理同样的玉米种,经浸种,催芽,观察并计数玉米种子的萌发率。结果表明,低浓度的Fluridone溶液能解除ABA对玉米种子萌发的抑制的作用,从而对玉米种子的萌发,胚根的伸出有促进作用,而高浓度的Fluridone则对玉米种萌发和胚根的伸出呈抑制作用。玉米幼苗经培养箱培养一周,期间观察玉米的生长状况,叶片颜色,用分光光度法测用不同浓度Fluridone溶液处理的玉米叶片的叶绿素含量。实验表明,Fluridone有降低叶绿素含量的作用,从而使植物叶片出现白化现象,降低光合作用,减少有机物的合成。推测这是Fluridone作为一些杂草清除剂的原因。

Abstract:Treating the same maize seed by tap water,0.1μmol / L,1μmol / L,10μmol / L,100μmol / L of fluridone solution respectively, and then seed soaking,forcing of germination to observe and count germination rate of the maize seed,the results show that low concentrations of fluridone solution could eliminate the impact of ABA promotion seed dormancy,and promote the germination of maize seeds and radicle out.However,the high concentration of fluridone could inhibit the germination of maize seed and the elongation of radicle.Put them into the culture box in a week,during the perlod,the maize growth and leaf color were observed,with a spectrophotometer measuring the chlorophyll content in leaves of maize which were treated by different concentrations of fluridone solution,the experiment results show that fluridone reduced chlorophyll content of the leaves and caused them bleaching.It has been speculated that this is the reason of Fluridone as weeds scavenger.
