摘    要:研究了轮转胶印机放卷张力控制问题。针对放卷张力常规PID控制动态性能不高问题,在分析放卷受力基础上,推导了磁粉制动器的数学模型,利用Simulink仿真软件建立了Smith预估补偿模型,对磁粉制动器纯滞后进行补偿。仿真结果表明,Smith预估补偿PID控制系统阶跃响应上升时间为1.56 s、超调量为10.2%、调节时间为4.2 s。采用Smith预估补偿克服稳定性差、响应慢的不足,提高了系统控制品质,为纸带放卷张力在印刷中控制提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Study of web offset printing machine for unwinding tension control.According to the unwinding tension of conventional PID control dynamic performance is not high,in the analysis of rolling force on the basis of the magnetic powder brake,deduces the mathematical model,using Simulink simulation software to build a Smith predictor compensation model,the magnetic powder brake and pure lag compensation.The simulation results show that,Smith predictive PID control system step response rise time of 1.56 s,overshoot is 10.2%,adjusting time is 4.2 s.Using Smith predictor compensation to overcome the poor stability,slow response,improve the control quality,for tape unwinding tension in printing control provides a theoretical basis.
