| 摘 要： | 本文以吡啶、苯基脲为原料,经氧化、硝化、还原及缩合四步反应合成了N-(4-吡啶基)-N’-苯基脲。该产品对诱导细胞分裂、愈伤组织生长、促进芽的发育和生长、促进种子萌发、打破芽的休眠及延缓衰老等方面均具有细胞分裂素的活性,且活性高出一般细胞分裂素许多倍。

A Discussion on constitution of N-(4-Pyridine)-N' -Phenyl urease |

| Abstract: | In the paper, using pyridine, phenyl urease as raw material, it synthenizes N-(4-pyridine)-N'-phenyl urease by the method of oxidization,nitration,reduction,condensation and so on. This products devotes to deriving cells from breaking,hurting organization groning, improving bud's developing and growing ,seed's sprouting,breaking through the seed's sleepness and delaying old and feeble and so on. Furthermore, it hasactivity in cell's blasting factor,which has manytimes higher than the common one. |
