| 摘 要： | 研究发现,必苦酸在还原糖一碳酸钠焦糖化反应中有显著提高测定灵敏度的作用,优化了反应条件,建立了快速测定青鲜饲料中痕量糖的新的分光光度法。糖含量在0.01～0.05mg.cm~(-3)范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数 E_(456)=0.42*10~4dm~3.mol~(-1),试剂简单,方法快速,选择性好,结果可靠,实际样品分析,获得满意结果。

| Abstract: | A new spectrophotometric method for rapid and direct determination of trace sugar has been developed on the glucose-picric-carbonate carnmel reaction:The method offers the advantage of more sensitivity,selectivity and rapidity.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.1-0.5mg/10ml,the apparent molar absorptivity is 0.37*10~4L.mo1~(-1),cm~(-1)at 460nm,the method has been applied to the determination of trace sugar in samples with satisfactory results. |
