对胫腓骨疲劳性骨膜炎损伤机制的探讨

对于胫腓骨疲劳性骨膜炎的损伤机制,在国内尚无统一的认识.本文运用调查法和资料查阅法,对所收集资料分析研究,对原损伤机制的应力学说和肌肉牵扯学说进行质疑,并运用运动生物力学的方法,对骨膜炎的损伤机制,进行解剖学的分析.认为导致骨膜炎的这种局部骨组织过度负荷的外力,来源于炎症部位肌肉组织不同的拉力角度所产生的牵扯合力,以及局部肌肉对骨膜组织的直接磨擦.

A STUDY OF INJURY MECHANISM OF PERIOSTITIS FROM TIBIAL AND FIBULARIS FATIGUE

There is no unified approaeh about the injury mechanism of periostitis at home and abroad.In this paper,by using investigation and data consu- ltation,We analyze the collected materials and question the former stress theory and muscle traction theory.By means of kinbiomechanics,we make dissecting analysis about the injury mechanism of periostitis,and think that outside force from local bone bearing over load which leads to perio- stitis results from the resultant tractive force from the forces of inflamma- tion muscle tissues which have different directions of action and the direct friction between local muscles and periosteum tissues. In this paper,we talk separately about the conditions,factors and ways to cause periosteums in each part of shank.
