平板式反应器的数值模拟

摘    要:连续操作条件下运行的板式反应器已成为取代间歇式反应器的一个较好的选择,它主要从事精细化工品和药品的生产。利用专业的多物理场耦合软件COSMOL Multiphysics对平板式反应器内的不可压缩流场进行了数值模拟,得到了反应器中的流体的浓度场﹑速度场及温度场分布。结果表明平板式反应器较之普通的管壳式反应器它允许高效率的反应物的温度控制,以此为据为其后期的工业开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Plate reactors running under continuous conditions have emerged as candidates to replace batch reactors, primarily in fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals production. Incompressible flow field in a plate reactor was simulated by COSMOL Multiphys- ics, and distribution of concentration field, velocity field and temperature field inside the reactor were obtained. The results showed that compared to ordinary shell and tube reactor plate reactor allows for efficient temperature control of the reacting fluid. With this advantage, plate reactor provides a theoretical basis for its post-industrial development.
