To improve the effect of rumba＇ s teaching and training, it analyzes skills and key points of the downbeat of rumba from a multidisciplinary perspective, using slower action technology constituted by downbeat of music and action of dance as a start- ing point. Besides, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the common problems in the teaching process of down- beat.
