| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验法对太和红油椿皮中的黄酮提取工艺进行优化,得到最佳的提取条件是乙醇浓度70%,温度70℃,提取时间45 min以及料夜比1:30,在此条件下红油椿皮中黄酮含量为13.88%。实验结果表明,太和红油椿皮中黄酮含量较高,具有很好的药用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper,orthogonal is used to optimize the extraction process of toona sinensis bark,The best extraction condition is 70% ethanol,temperature 70 ℃,extraction time of 45min and the expected ratio of 1:30,under the condition,flavonoid contents of toona sinensis bark is 13.88%.The results show that higher levels of toona sinensis bark flavonoids,has good medicinal value. |
