基于单片机的逐次比较型AD转换电路设计

摘    要:针对现有的逐次比较型AD转换器的时钟控制信号是由硬件产生的弊端,提出了基于单片机产生控制信号由分立元件搭建的逐次比较型A/D转换电路的设计方案,保证了转换过程的同步性和电路的低成本。结果表明,该转换电路转换速度可达8000次/秒,具有12位分辨率,适合于中等或高等的分辨率场合。

Abstract:The existing Successive Approximation Type AD Converter has a disadvantage that its clock control signal is gener-ated by the hardware. Therefore, the design scheme in which the Successive Approximation Type A/ D Conversion Circuit was built by the discrete components and its control signal was generated on the basis of microcontroller was proposed. The new design en-sured synchronization of the conversion process and low cost of the circuit. The results showed that the conversion rate of the conver-sion circuit is up to 8000 times per second, with 12 bit resolution, suitable for medium or higher resolution.
