基于模糊免疫PID算法的温度控制系统研究

摘    要:目前温控系统中最常用的是串级控制方法,但这种方式存在一定不足,调控质量也不能很好的满足生产需求。文章在串级控制方法的基础上,着重研究其算法优化的可行性,尝试将模糊机制、免疫算法和PID控制方式相融合,改进原有的控制方法,并进行仿真验证。结果表明,这种新算法可以有效提高温度控制的效率和精度。

Abstract:Cascade control method is often used in temperature control system. However, this method has some defects. Besides, the regulation quality can not well meet the production requirements. Based on the cascade control method, the feasibility of optimizing its algorithm is studied. The research deeply analyzed the immune arithmetic theory and fuzzy mechanism, and then brought forward the intelligent PID parameter turning technology that was on the basis of fuzzy immune arithmetic. The simulation resuits proved that the new algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency and precision of temperature control.
