新疆块根芍药内生细菌XJU-PA-4的鉴定及特性分析

摘    要:采用琼脂扩散法检测了从新疆块根芍药(Paeonia anomala)中分离获得的内生菌XJU-PA-4对植物及动物病原菌的抑菌作用,并对其进行鉴定及特性分析。实验结果表明:(1)XJU-PA-4对玉米小班病菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑菌活性,抑菌圈直径分别达到25mm及18mm。(2)XJU-PA-4的16S rDNA序列与Bacillus subtilis strain WL-6的同源性为99%,G+Cmol%含量为53.5%。结合形态学观察及生理生化特性,最终将XJU-PA-4鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),在GenBank数据库的注册号为EU714296。

Identification and Character Analysis of Endophytic Bacterium XJU-PA-4 from Paeonia anomala
Abstract:In this study, the antagonistic activity of an endophytic bacterial strain which has isolated from Xinjiang Paeonia anomala was determined by the means of Agar diffusion and dual culture. And identification and character analysis of the strain were also carried out. The result shows that (1)XJU-PA-4 has higher antagonistic activity against Bipolaris maydis and Staphylococcus aureus, diameter of bacteriostasis cycle was surpassed 25mm and 18mm respectively. (2)The homology of 16S rRNA sequences of XJU-PA-4 was closely related to Bacillus subtilis strain WL-6 with 99% identity, the G+C% tool content was 53.5 mol%. And also based on the morphological and biochemical characteristics, it was identified as Bacillus subtilis. Registration No of the Gene Bank is EU714296.
