摘    要:采用流固耦合技术,对比弹性血管和刚性血管对血管机器人外流场参数,为血管机器人外结构参数设计提供参考.对比分析发现,刚性壁模型中的血液压力比弹性壁模型的变化幅度大,在刚性壁模型中,下游形成一个速度较高的回流区域;而弹性壁模型中,下游分离成两速度较高区域.刚性壁模型对血液的扰动强度高一些,且幅度略大,而弹性壁模型的壁面剪切应力变化范围比刚性壁模型的略大.

Abstract:Fluid-structure interaction (FSI) technolo~ is used to compare to the flow field parameters outside the vascular robot between under the rigid vessel and elasticity vessel, and to provide a reference for design of the outer structure parameters of the vascular robot. Comparative analysis found that the variation amplitude of pressure in rigid blood wall model is greater than that in the elastic wall model. In the rigid wall model, the re- circulation region of a higher speed will be formed at downstream, the disturbance intensity of the blood flow is higher, and the amplitude is slightly larger; while the higher speed downstream is separated into two regions in the elastic wall model, and the wall shear stress varies slightly larger in the elastic wall model than that in the rigid wall model.
