| 摘 要： | 介绍了资本市场发展与银行业转型基础理论，从宏观和微观两方面分析了资本市场发展对商业银行的影响，认为资本市场的快速发展将改变商业银行未来盈利模式，并使其面临不同的风险约束，这有利于改善商业银行资产结构和补充商业银行自有资本，指出商业银行应以资本市场为平台，积极开展金融产品创新，发展资本市场链条上的相关客户。

| Abstract: | The basic theory of capital market development and transition of banking are recommended. The effect of capital market development on commercial banks is analyzed from two respects of macroscopic and microcosmic. It is considered that the rapid developing capital market will change the mode of profits of commercial banks in future, and will be beneficial to improve the asset＇ s structure and supplement capital of commercial bank, and make it facing different risk constraints. It is pointed out that commercial banks should take the capital market as a platform to carry out financial innovation actively, and develop the related customers of capital market chain. |
