| 摘 要： | 采用水资源供需的预测平衡法，在综合了劳动力需求、资源环境和公共功能三方面约束条件后，对大连市2020年的适度人口容量进行预测，据此得出2020年大连市的适度人口容量为812万人。

| Abstract: | By using the prediction method of water supply and demand balance, the constraints such as the demand of labor, the resources and environment, and the public functions are analyzed and combined. The appropriate population capacity of Dalian city in 2020 is predicted. Based on the analysis of the future sustainable development of the population factor binding for Dalian city, it is pointed out that the optimum population of an appropriate capacity of Dalian city in 2020 will be 8 120 000. |
