| 摘 要： | 分析了林语堂在《论语》翻译过程中努力实现原文作者、译者和译文读者三者之间的"视域"融合,将古代经典介绍给西方读者。指出:翻译活动中译者处于积极的主体地位,在注重原著作者的同时也应关照读者,以达到预期的翻译目的。

| Abstract: | An analysis of the English version of The Wisdom of Confucius by Lin Yutang is carried out as to show Lin＇s success in realization of ＂fusions of horizons＂ between the writer,the translator and the reader to introduce the Chinese classics to western readers.It can be pointed out that in the process of translation the subject of translator is in a positive position.He should take into account the horizon of the original author and the translation reader so as to achieve the expected purpose of translation. |
