| 摘 要： | 从择业技能、单位性质、求职影响因素、择业期望等方面对沈阳师范大学商学院学生的择业状况进行了问卷调查.结果表明,大学生择业期望值普遍偏高,其择业心理存在一定的年级差异和性别差异.根据调查结果提出了商学院学生开展就业指导工作的建议.

| Abstract: | The choosing profession condition of Business School of Shenyang Normal University is studied by questionnaire survey on the aspects of individual skill, the property of the unit, the influence factor on employment, and employment expectation, etc. The result indicates that, the employment expectation value of university student is generally high; the employment psychology has grade difference and sex difference. According to the investigation result, the suggestion is proposed that the career guidance should be carried on to the business school student. |
