| Abstract: | The importance of tacit knowledge management in library knowledge management is discussed.Through analyzing the obstacles of the management of tacit knowledge in library,puts forward that the main measures to develop and apply tacit knowledge are as follows,to set up a learning-type library,to construct the knowledge sharing platform,to build the knowledge-oriented culture,to set up effective incentive mechanism. |
