| 摘 要： | 通过对英美学者集体行动理论的剖析,认为个人理性与集体理性之间存在冲突,集团规模是集体行动的不利条件,大集团在集体行动过程中将会出现志愿失灵。并进一步指出集体行动理论的发展以经济学方法论的发展为条件,也与社会科学家对政府职能和市场效率的探讨有关。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the collective action theory,it is pointed out that there is a contradiction between individual rationality and collective rationality,the group size is a disadvantage to collective action,and the volunteerism failure will appear during the process of the collective action of big group.Furthermore,the conclusion is that the development of the collective action theory is based on the development of economical methodology,and it also connected with the discussion on governmental duty and market efficiency by the social scientists. |
