| 摘 要： | 针对风力发电机塔筒制造过程中容易出现的质量问题及原材料易消耗过大的情况,制定符合生产实际的下料和组对焊接成形过程控制方案,通过该方案的实施与应用,提高塔筒质量控制精度,保证产品质量,提高生产效率,节约原材料和能源.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the quality problems and the situation of excessive consumption of raw materials in the process of wind turbine tower tube manufacturing,the process control solution of blanking and assembly welding fabrication in line with actual production was developed. The program＇s implementation and application,greatly improve the accuracy of quality control of the tower tube, ensure the product quality,increase productivity,and save raw materials and energy. |
