| Abstract: | This paper,bases on the present situation of China,points out the profitable fac tors and the existing obstacles faced by multinational corporations during their incorporation in China.At the same time,it puts forward some relevant counterme asures to ensure the positive effects and restrain the negative effects for mult inational corporations'incorporating.By this,bring transnational incorporation o n to the right course of china's economy,and reach the dual aims of absorbing fo reign capital and protecting domestic enterprises'effective competition. |
