| 摘 要： | 阐述了高校学报与学科建设的关系，进而提出了高校学报在社会科学学科发展中应起的作用，即学报应该为推动社会科学相关学科的横向和纵向发展搭建学术平台；应引领哲学社会科学中某一学科发展；有责任培育哲学社会科学中某一学科的作者（科研工作者），从而促进哲学社会科学事业的繁荣发展。认为学报要实现上述目标，必须更新主编办刊理念，探讨编辑、作者、读者良性互动的方法，研究学报的走向，充分利用网络资源，科学办刊，创新办刊。
