| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高校法律顾问制度的研究，总结其利弊得失，并借鉴国企的总法律顾问制度的成功经验，结合高校自身的特点，探索适合高校法律顾问工作的管理模式、运行机制，构建体制顺、协调广、反应快的高校总法律顾问制度，这将有利于防范和化解高校诉讼困境，实现高校良性发展。

| Abstract: | The system of university law consultant of China is studied; the advantages and disadvantages of it are summarized. Using the general law consultant system of SOE for reference and. combining with characteristics of university, the management pattern and operation mechanism that adapt to the university law consultant is explored to establish the general law consultant system of university, which is suitable, coordinated broadly, and fast response. |
