| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高校工作的重点。目前 ,各高校普遍采用的规划建设模式存在诸多问题。立项建设是学科建设管理新的模式 ,本文对立项建设管理模式的内涵、特征 ,运行环境和运行过程中应注意的问题作了详细阐述。

| Abstract: | Subject construction is a key point of work in colleges and universities.The pattern of regulation construction adopted by universities exists many problems.The construction of establishing project is a new management pattern of subject construction.The problems that should be paid attention to in the intension,character,operating environment and operating process of management pattern in establishing project are described in detail in this paper. |
