| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型金融衍生工具NDF（Non-deliverable Forwards）,分析了人民币NDF交易的微观、宏观经济效应，指出人民币NDF交易是一柄双刃剑，因此有必要对人民币NDF交易进行微观宏观经济效应分析和监管，从而有效地规避风险，促进金融市场的健康发展。

| Abstract: | With a brief introduction of the newly developed financial derivative instrument-NDF(non-deliverable forwards),the microeconomic and macroeconomic effects of RMB NDF transactions are analyzed.As RMB NDF transaction is a double-blade sword,for the purpose of refraining from risks and accelerating the healthy development of financial markets,it is necessary to supervise and analyze the microeconomic and macroeconomic effects of RMB NDF transaction. |
