| 摘 要： | 结合成人高校学生思想状况及思想政治工作面临的新特点、新情况的探索和研究 ,提出了加强和改进成人学生思想政治工作 ,必须坚持教书育人 ,更新教育内容 ;改革传统的教育模式 ,开辟新的育人渠道 ;优化育人环境 ,营造良好的思想政治工作氛围的思想和理念。

| Abstract: | Based on detailed analysis on the current situation of mentality education in higher educational institutions and its characteristics,the author proposed that a strong and highly efficient mentality education system should be established in adult higher educational institutes as an approach to deepen reforms in adult mentality education.It is also necessary to refresh the content of textbooks and reform the traditional teaching methods by probing into teaching methodology.Finally the author proposed that the education environment should be optimized to create an ideal environment for teaching students with proper political believes and ideology. |
