越江隧道联络通道冻结法施工力学模拟

摘    要:采用大型有限差分软件FLAC^3D,对上海越江隧道联络通道的开挖过程进行了数值模拟.从数值分析的角度对冻土帷幕的应力与变形进行了分析和安全评价,详细研究了冻土帷幕中应力与位移的分布情况,确定了冻土帷幕的厚度设计值,并指出了容易产生应力集中的位置为冻土帷幕与隧道接触部位.由于该部位在冻结过程中散热快,冻结效果差,所以施工中应该注意,同时也为今后的联络通道数值模拟与人工冻结法施工提供了参考.

Abstract:The simulation analysis on excavation process of liaison channel of Shanghai cross-river tunnel is made, by using using finite difference software FLAC^3D. The analysis and safety assessment of stress and deformation of frozen soil wall is made from the perspective of numerical analysis. The distribution of stress and displacement of frozen soil is studied in detail, to determine the design value of the thickness of frozen soil curtain. It is pointed out that, the contact site of frozen soil and tunnel is the location that prone to Centralize stress. This site is cooling fast and freezing poor in freezing process, which should be worth noting in construction. This could provide reference for future numerical simulation of liaison channel and construction of artificial freezing method.
