| 摘 要： | 从高等教育成本分担角度进行了探讨,进而对城镇工薪阶层家庭支付能力进行分析,并提出相关的建议。指出在制度变迁中,我国高等教育学费的上涨已经超出了我国工薪阶层家庭的承受能力。认为高等教育作为准公共产品,应由政府和市场来共同承担。

| Abstract: | The paying ability of salaried family in town is analyzed from the aspect of cost sharing of higher education,and correlative countermeasure is put forward.It is pointed out that,during reformation of system,the rise of higher educational tuition in China has overstep the supporting abilities of salaried families.It is considered that,as a quasi-public product,higher education should be assumed together by government and market. |
