| 摘 要： | 从人与法的集合相互比较来看,法律面前人人平等是一种人与人的比较而在法律面前的体现。法律内容的平等性又取决于所代表的集合体,而公开是公正的前提。

| Abstract: | In terms of the mutual comparison between combination of law and people,equality before law among people is a reflection of law which is the result of a sort of comprision between one and another.The equality of the content of the law depends on the combination it stands for,while being open to the public is the premise of justice and fairness. |
