| Abstract: | The relationship between education, institution, and supervision is analyzed. The necessity and importance of the establishment of the corruption punishment and prevention system, which attaeh equal importance to education, are expounded. The measures to completely implement the enforcement outline of the system are presented from the aspects of approach, behavior mode, and operational mechanism. |
