摘    要:为深入理解功能梯度材料的断裂行为,研究了机械载荷下任意机械属性功能梯度材料板裂纹尖端特性,根据叠加方法,把应力场转化为裂纹表面载荷,采用基于非均匀单元的有限元方法计算并分析了机械载荷下功能梯度板裂纹尖端特性,针对含有中心裂纹功能梯度材料板,考察了应力强度因子的变化规律.研究结果表明,功能梯度材料结构的几何参数及材料属性对裂纹尖端无量纲应力强度因子的变化规律具有显著影响.

Abstract:To have an in-depth understanding of the functionally graded material fracture behavior, the crack-tip characteristics for a FGM plate under mechanical loads was studied. By using the superposition method, the loading on the crack faces can be transformed from the stress field. A finite element method based on nonhomogeneous elements is used to calculate the crack-tip fields of the FGM plate. In addition, laws for the SIFs change of the FGM plate containing a central crack were studied. The result shows that the geometric parameters in the structure and material properties of FGMs can affect the crack-tip SIFs greatly.
