| Abstract: | The amendment on The Law of the People s Republic of China on Lawyers on right of meeting,marking,investigating and the immunity of legal practice were discussed.The amendment goes beyond the Criminal Procedure Law of the People s Republic of China.Viewpoints were put forward on the hierarchy relationship and the linkage of lawyer s rights between the two laws,which will be beneficial to the implementation of The Law of the People s Republic of China on Lawyers. |
