| 摘 要： | 为适应我国经济结构战略性调整的要求和软件产业发展对人才的迫切需要 ,实现软件人才培养的跨越式发展 ,教育部和国家发展计划委员会共同研究决定首批选择 35所高等学校试办示范性软件学院。在示范性软件学院的创办与发展过程中 ,必须贯彻教育创新思想 ,更新教育观念 ,大力推进教育教学改革与创新 ,努力培养高质量的创新型软件人才。

| Abstract: | The National Department of Education and the Nationnal Development Program Committee have decided to choose 35 colleges and universities as the software demonstration ones so as to meet the need of the strategic adjust of the economical structure and the demand for the talents for the development of the software enterprise,and to realize the leaping development of software talents cultivating in our country.In the course of the establishing and progressing of the software demonstration colleges and universities,we should carry out the principles of the innovation of education,renew the education concept,promote greatly the reform and the innovation of education,and try hard to cultivate more software talents with high quality and creation. |
