摘    要:水培实验研究了由泥炭和稻草提取的两种水溶性有机物(WSOM)对水稻幼苗生长、光合特性及元素吸收的影响。结果表明:两种WSOM均促进了水稻的分蘖数、株高、根长、根重及茎叶重,对根系的刺激作用大于茎叶,稻草漫提物的促进效果强于泥炭浸提物。两种WSOM对叶片的光合速率,蒸腾速率和气孔导度均无显著影响。两种WSOM均影响了水稻对元素的吸收,但影响较复杂。

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the water - soluble organic matter (WSOM) extracted from peat and rice straw on the growth and the element uptake of rice by water culture. The results showed that the two WSOMs promoted the tillage and the growth of the rice, the growth of the root was promoted more significantly than that of the above - ground part. The WSOM extracted from rice straw showed a stronger effect than that extracted from peat. The two WSOMs had no significant effect on the photosynthesis characteristics of the leaves. The two WSOMs had some effects on the element uptake of rice which were complicated.
