| 摘 要： | 随着功能基因组学研究的深入发展，基因敲除技术逐渐成为基因功能研究的重要手段，本文就常用的三种基因敲除技术，即同源重组、插入突变、RNA干扰各自的原理、适用的范围和优缺点作简要介绍。

| Abstract: | With great progress has been made in functional genomics, gene knockout technology gradually becomes an important means for gene function research. This paper gives a briefly introduction about the principles, applicable scopes, superiorities and deficiencies of three usual gene knockout technologies, which are homologous recombination, insertion mutation and RNA interference. |
