毒死蜱防治蛴螬的室内毒力测定和田间药效试验

摘    要:本文报导3%、5%、10%毒死蜱颗粒剂对蛴螬的防治效果。结果表明,毒死蜱各制剂的有效成份(含210克)相同情况下,对丽金龟和鳃金龟幼虫毒杀效果均好。3%毒死蜱的90%致死时间两次数据分别为102.33、104.70小时,而5%和10%毒死蜱则均比前者长。室内毒力测定显示出3%毒死蜱防治蛴螬的效果较5%和10%毒死蜱均好。田间药剂试验,3%毒死蜱防效与室内毒力测定结果相吻合,每公顷挽回花生产量损失1713.75KG,明显高于其它两种。

Abstract:The controlling effects of 3%, 5% and 10% Chlorpyrifos to grubs had been observed. It showed that the effect killing with poison is good for either the larvae of Rutelidae or the larvae of Melolonthidae as the same efficacious ingredient (210 grams). 90% lethal time of 3% Chlorpyrifos is 102. 33?04. 70 hours, and that of 5% or 10% Chlorpyrifos is longer. The toxicity tests in the laboratory indicated that the controlling effect of 3 % Chlorpyrifos is the best. The test resulted in the fields shows the same as in the laboratory. The peanut yield loss of each hectare can be reduced 1713. 75 kilograms.
