| 摘 要： | 本文采用常规空气干燥法制备髓细胞染色体标本,分析了攀禽类褐翅鸦鹃、大杜鹃、白胸翡翠、夜鹰、领角鸮五种鸟类的核型。其中褐翅鸦鹃、白胸翡翠属首次报道,其余三种鸟类的核型在国内已有报道,我们分析的结果与文献报道有一定的差别。特别是领角鸮和夜鹰属留鸟类,各地区有不同的分布类群,核型上有所差别。

| Abstract: | An analysis of the karyotypes was undertaken in five species of climber birds based on colchicine ?hypotoinc ?air drying technigue with bone marrow. The results were given as fol-lows: (1) CucuLidae: Centropus sinensis 2n=76?(2) Alcedinidae:Halcyon smyrnensis 2n=76 (?) ; (3) The karyotypes of the rest three species (Cuculus canorus, Caprimulgus indicus, Otus bakkamoena) are different from that of the some results presented in records. |
