摘    要:]研究了利用加速溶剂萃取—双塔双柱气相色谱法(ASE-GC)分析土壤中的18种有机磷农药(OPPs).结果表明:加速溶剂萃取对18种目标化合物萃取回收率达到82%~98%,单个样品萃取时间约15 min,方法快速;双塔双柱气相色谱法测定土壤中18种目标化合物样品测试时间约40 min,18种化合物检出限在0.282~1.05 μg/kg之间,各化合物校准曲线的相关系数在0.9979~0.9999之间,双柱确认的相对偏差在-2.0%~2.0%之间

Abstract:18 kinds of organo-phosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in soil were determined by gas chromatography (GC) with dual tower and dual column after accelerated solvent extraction (ASE).The result showed that ASE was an effective extraction method.The recovery rate for 18 OPPs reached 82%~98%,and the extraction time for each sample was only 18 minutes.It cost about 40 minutes using dual tower and dual column GC method to determine the 18 OPPs for each sample,and the determination limits was between 0.282~1.05 μg/kg.The correlation coefficient for each compound was between 0.9979~0.9999,the relative confirmation deviation was between -2.0%~2.0%.
