牛蛙嗜水气单胞菌病的病原研究

摘    要:针对厦门市同安区某牛蛙养殖场中出现的后腿肌肉变成淡黄绿色、肝肿大呈深紫红色、肾脏充血呈鲜红色为主要症状的患病牛蛙,进行了细菌分离、培养、人工感染、生理生化、药物敏感等试验研究,结果确认引起该病的病原菌为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila),药敏试验结果表明,该病原菌对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、庆大霉素等高度敏感,而对氯霉素、青霉素钠、复方SMZ等不敏感。

Abstract:The bacterial pathogens were isolated from the diseased bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana) , which were cultured in a certain farm in Tong'an county, Xiamen, Fujian province. The main symptom of diseased bullfrog was that the muscle under hind-leg turned light yellow-green, the liver turned tumefy and appeared deep mauve, and the kidney congested and appeared fresh-red. By the experiment of isolation, cultivation, artificial infection, physiology and biochemistry and antibiotic sensitivity, the pathogens were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila. The results of antibiotic sensitivity tests showed that Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin and Gentamycin were the most sensitive drugs and the pathogens were not sensitive to Chloramphenicol, penicillin, SMZ.
