有效微生物制剂(EM)对建鲤生长和水质变化的影响

摘    要:将EM作为建鲤饲料添加剂和水质净化剂,经45d的饲养,纠果表明:1)EM有促生长作用,随着添加量(2%,4%,6%)的增加,实验组建鲤的H增重率分别比对照组提高0.60%,,9.2%和16.0%;饵料系数脚低1.3%,7.4%和22.9%。2)EM对水质有良好的净化作用,实验组氨氮含量比对照组分别下降1.72%,6.69%和3.03%的:COD值降低14.90%.19.27%和17.28%:pH值则比对照组高.

Abstract:After raising 45 d in using EM as fodder additive to Jian carp and as the parifying agnt ofwater quality, the result shows EM can obiously promote Jian carp grow and improve the quality ofwater. 1) The weight gain rate per day of the 2%,4%,6% groups is increaded by 0.6%,9.2% and 16.0%respectivily comparing with the control. The feed coefficiency of the experimental groups is decreasedby 1.3%,7.4% and 22.90%. 2) The data of NH3-NH4+ of the experimental groups is decreased by 1.72%,6.60% and 3.03% respectivily. The data of COD of the experimental groups is decreased by 14.79%,19.27% and 17.82%, respectivily, too, comparingg with the control. The PH is highter than that of thecontrol group.
