摘    要:选取同日出壳且经过一周预饲后体重相近的健康樱桃谷肉鸭苗360只,随机分成9组,按照植酸酶、钙、非植酸磷三因素三水平的正交设计分别配制玉米-豆粕型日粮进行饲喂,采用饲养试验、平均试验研究植酸酶对樱桃谷鸭生产性能及饲料中钙、磷利用率的影响,试验结果表明:非植酸磷不足的日粮食中添加植酸酶可使樱桃谷鸭的生产性能改善,佝偻病发生率降低,提高钙磷利用率,减少粪磷的排出。

Abstract:seven-day-old healthy Cherry Valley ducklings were divided into nine groups randomly. Every group of diet was made up according to orthogonal design. Feeding experiment and metabolic equilibrium trial were done to study the effects on the production performance.The experiment results showed: Phytase added to subnormal non-phytate phosphorus diet increased the utilization of calcium, total phosphorus and phytate phosphorus, reduced the excretion of phosphorus in feces, improved the production performance and decreased the ratio of rickets.
