摘    要:报道了中国龙虾在不同盐度条件下的适应、存活和生存情况,试验结果表明:中国龙虾对高盐的适应能力较低盐强,其耐低盐极限是14.1,耐高盐极限是56.1;盐度主要因渗透压而对中国龙虾存活、生长施以影响,中国龙虾的等渗液盐度为28,该盐度为中国龙虾存活、生长的最适宜盐度、其存活、生长的适宜盐度范围为21.3-39.5,超出此范围,中国龙虾不能长期存活,也难以生长。

Abstract:This paper deals with the habit salinity condition of the spiny lobster, Panulirus stimpsoni. The results show that the survival, growth, feed-intake, molting and food efficiency of the lobster were affected by the salinity significantly. The lobster were able to live in the salinities of 14. 1- 56. 1. When salinity ranges from 21. 3 to 39. 5, the lobster survived and grew well,and the optimal salinity was estimated to he 28. In a salinity range of 14. 1 - 21. 3 and 39. 5 - 43. 5 the lobster grew badly, and a mass mortality may appeared due to their molting difficulty.
