牡蛎口服液抗疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:以小鼠负重游泳时间、血尿素氮和血乳酸浓度为指标,探讨了牡蛎口服液的抗疲劳功能。结果显示,以1.67,8.33和25.0mL/kg.d低中高三个剂量组喂养小鼠22天,低和中剂量组可显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05);低中高三个剂量均可显著降低血尿素氮和血乳酸含量(P<0.05)。根据保健食品评审标准,牡蛎口服液具有抗疲劳保健功能。

Abstract:The main material of oyster oral liquid (OOL) was oyster (Ostrea gigas Thunberg) meat. This paper studied the anti-fatigue function of OOL with the swimming time length of loaded mice, the concentrations of mouse blood urine nitrogen and mouse blood lactic acid as indeces. The results showed that when mice were fed with OOL in three groups of low, middle and high doses(1.67mL/kg·d,8.33mL/kg·d and 25.0mL/kg·d) for 22d, the swimming time of lodaed mice in low dosage and middle dosage groups was apparently prolonged (p<0.05), and the concentrations of mouse blood urine nitrogen and mouse blood lactic acid in all three groups were apparently lowered (p<0.05). According to the standard for health food, OOL possesed anti-fatigue health function.
