摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备多铁Bi0.6La0.4MnO3(BLMO)系列陶瓷样品,研究烧结温度对BLMO钙钛矿相稳定性的影响.X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等结果显示:当烧结温度升到533℃时,BLMO样品的钙钛矿相减弱,同时伴有Bi2Mn4O10中间相的出现,这是由BLMO相分解所致;当烧结温度升高到770℃,Bi2Mn4O10与Bi2O3反应生成稳定的BLMO钙钛矿相;进一步升高温度到925℃,样品仅有单一的BLMO钙钛矿相.研究表明:为了得到稳定的BLMO钙钛矿相,较高的烧结温度是必需的.

Abstract:Multiferroic Bi0.6La0.4MnO3(BLMO) ceramic samples were prepared by the sol-gel method.The sintering temperature influence on the perovskite phase of BLMO samples was carefully studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD ),Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR ),thermo gravimetric analysisdifferential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) .It was found that the BLMO perovskite phase was decomposed at the temperature of 533 ℃,and then forming Bi2Mn4O10 mesophase at 533 ℃,it attributed to the decomposition of the BLMO phase.As the temperature increase to about 770 ℃,a stable BLMO perovskite phase was performed,which could arise from the reaction of the Bi2Mn4O10 and Bi2O3.By increasing the temperature to 925 ℃,a single pure BLMO perovskite phase was observed.Our results suggested that to get the stabilization of BLMO phase,the higher sintering temperature is indispensable.
