| 摘 要： | 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,比较分析了黄鳝雌雄个体间6种组织的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和酯酶(EST)的同工酶谱。结果表明:这两种同工酶仅在雌雄个体的肾和性腺中的表达同时存在显著差异;黄鳝和其它硬骨鱼一样,其同工酶的表达有明显的组织特异性。

| Abstract: | Electro-focusing PAGE method has been used to comparative study on LDH and EST isozymes patterns in six different tissues between male and female of Monopterus albus.The result suggest that LDH and EST isozymes in kidney and sex gland be obvious different between male and female. The patterns also showed that LDH and EST isozymes in Monopterus albus exhibit a tissue-specific expression apparently,which is as in other fishes. |
