| 摘 要： | 通过研制双膜流通式烟碱电极，建立了流动注射电位法测定烟碱的新方法。用磷酸二氢钠－磷酸氢二钠缓冲溶液合并１．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的烟碱标准溶液作载液，对１．０×１０－４～１．０×１０－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的烟碱溶液有良好线性响应，相关系数０．９９８５。本方法简便、选择性好，进样频率８０次／ｈ，适合大批量样品的快速测定，用于检测卷烟烟气粒相物中的烟碱，结果较满意。

| Abstract: | The potentiometric determination of nicotion in cigarette smoke with a flow-through electrode by flow injection analysis has been studied.The electrode is made up of polyaniline modified,tubular-graphite electrode and polyvinyl chloride sensitive membrane,with silicotungstic acid being the electroactive material.The linear response range is 10 -4 ～10 -1 mol/L of nicotine and the frequency is 80 sample per hour.The proposed method is rapid,simple and covenient and it has been applied successfully to determine nicotion in cigarette smoke. |
