| 摘 要： | 以猪胆汁、鸡胆汁为原料分别制取鹅脱氧胆酸（ Ｃｈｅｎｏｄｅｘｙｃｈｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ 简称 Ｃ Ｄ Ｃ Ａ） 、通过皂化、酸化和有机溶剂提取鹅脱氧胆酸，结果表明以猪胆汁为原料制取 Ｃ Ｄ Ｃ Ａ 产率为１ ．９ｇ 纯品／ Ｌ 胆汁，纯度９２ ％ ，以鸡胆汁制取 Ｃ Ｄ Ｃ Ａ 产率０ ．６ 克／ Ｌ，纯度８０ ％ ，从其部分性质检测表明猪胆汁制取 Ｃ Ｄ Ｃ Ａ 是可行的

| Abstract: | This article talks about the preparation of CDCA from pig-bile and hen-bile respectively.Though saponificiation、acidification and organie solvent extraction.Lastly we get CDCA is 1.9g/1(pural bile)when from pig-bile meanwhile.The purification is 92%. But when from hen-bile.the yield is 0.6g/l.the purification is 80%.Testing its partemal charact indicates it is available to prepare CDCA from pig-bile. |
